Boobs, Butts, and Feets Is Now Available!

Boobs, Butts, and Feets
Hooooooooly balls! Before I talk about the good news (the album is finally released), I’ll acknowledge the fact that it’s been over a month since my last blog update and what’s been happening during that time. You might have noticed that this site was down for just about that entire time. I’ll spare you from all that drama in this post, but I’ll write about it in a future post, in case you’re interested. Anyway, so that delayed the release of the album a bit. I kind of wanted to be able to post about the album before or just after it was available for listening, so…yeah. On top of that, I ran into some weird music publishing snafu relating to Oxford commas and creative capitalization. Again, I’ll explain that in a future post.

With that out of the way, yeah, Boobs, Butts, and Feets is rolling out to the world at last! If you didn’t know, here’s a quick rundown: I considered myself done with that album in 2008. The songs were recorded in 2006 and 2007. Years later, I authored three of those songs to be downloadable for Rock Band via the Rock Band Network. Those songs were “Everyone I Know Is an Alcoholic,” “Electro-Heaven,” and “Around the World.” I attribute 95% of my popularity to getting those songs in Rock Band. To my surprise, over the last few years, numerous people have reached out to me, asking where they could buy Boobs, Butts, and Feets.

That’s the biggest reason why after officially releasing Punk Rebel Renegade, my 2011 album, last year, I decided to begin fixing up Boobs, Butts, and Feets right away. Again, you’ll be able to read the details on what’s held that up for the last few weeks later. But you can go back and read my Bringing Back Boobs, Butts, and Feets blog series already. I posted 8 times on the topic, getting into the nitty gritty, talking about what I wanted to, what I had to do, how, and why. It was a long road, but this is the end, more or less, and I’m happy. I’ll post more about it next week, but for the YouTube release of the album, I’m going to reveal each song slowly. Once a week, probably on Mondays, I’ll post a video with the album art with the audio obviously, and then in the text description for the video, I’ll include a little blurb. Like, something interesting about the lyrics or the recording of it or whatever. So because I’m doing that, the BBAF road isn’t completely over. Speaking of which, subscribe to my YouTube channel. I literally have no subscribers. 🙁

Anyway, let me get to why you’ve read this far. Here are links to stream and/or download Boobs, Butts, and Feets! I’ll update this list as I discover more sources.
