As the days go by, I become more and more legit, for better or for worse. It’s not very punk, rebel, or renegade to release a single, but…whatever. You’re going to be able to listen to my super popular hit (in Rock Band) song “Everyone I Know Is an Alcoholic” very soon! At the end of this blog post, you’ll find links to stream and/or download it.
It’ll be available in all the usual places, but since I set the release date to March 11th, 2008 (the original release date for Boobs, Butts, and Feets), it won’t go up everywhere on the same day. So it’s going to be kind of hard to have a big release celebration, but I’ll update this post with links as I become aware of them.
If you’re out of the loop, I’m fixing up Boobs, Butts, and Feets, making it sound all good, a remaster essentially, similar to what I did with Punk Rebel Renegade. The difference here though, is that it took a lot more work to spruce up the master tracks for this release. The full album will available as soon as I can make it, but for now, you can enjoy one of the standout tracks, “Everyone I Know Is an Alcoholic,” sounding better than ever.
Not only that, but there’s a brand new remix of it that has a February 12th release date! Besides myself, only two people have listened to it. Based on their opinions and my own, the remix might be better well-received than the original. That makes me sad a little bit, but I’ll get over it. Anyway, I’ll update the table below with links to the remix as I get them, because I am nice.
Did you think that was all the news? Ha! You were wrong! There will be another limited Teespring for a new Robby Suavé article of clothing. I’m leaning towards next Monday for that to be revealed, to celebrate the long-awaited official release of “Alcoholic” as well as the awesome new Primitive Race remix.
Before I give you the links so you can listen to “Everyone I Know Is an Alcoholic,” tell your friends about it. An awesome YouTube version is coming soon. I’ll have it ready before Friday for sure. YouTube is probably going to be the most accessible (read: free) way of listening to it and sharing it, so maybe you’ll want to wait until I get the video up before you share it. This song has made me thousands of cents over the last 6 years or whatever. Maybe with some help from you, dear fans, I’ll make a couple thousand more cents. And that will allow me to make more awesome music. You want that, right?
